AscentState is a digital platform for personal development. The operator is currently a sole proprietor (natural person) based in Liechtenstein. Operations will be transferred to AscentState AG, a Liechtenstein-registered company, once incorporated.

Responsible for the content of this website per § 18 para. 2 MStV (Germany) and Liechtenstein E-Commerce-Gesetz (Art. 4):

Currently operated as a sole proprietorship below the Liechtenstein VAT registration threshold (CHF 100,000 annual revenue). VAT registration will be activated upon reaching the threshold or upon incorporation as AscentState AG, whichever occurs first.

For B2B customers in the EU, VAT may apply per the destination principle and will be displayed at checkout.

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on this platform. However, we are not obligated to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored, or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity.
